Company History and Qualifications
|
After separate careers in Surveying / Mapping and Aviation, our two directors decided to combine their skills and complementary approaches. In the spring of 2003, we formed Geo-Sky. Since then, our clientele has included private industry, utilities and individuals. Current and recent projects include high-accuracy GPS surveying, aerial imagery for utility corridor mapping, environmental mapping and a coastal mapping in South Florida. |

Joseph J. Lavetsky, P.S.M.
licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper in Florida, Colorado, and Pennsylvania. Joe is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and although he began his career in aviation he has devoted the past 25 years managing diverse and challenging Surveying and Mapping Projects throughout the Eastern, USA. |

Michael L. Traeger
Director of Operations for Geo-Sky. Michael is a licensed commercial pilot with Northwest Airlines. He is a graduate of Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida and has logged more than 5,000 hours in Single Engine, Multi-Engine Turbo Prop and Commercial Jet Aircraft. He maintains the aircraft, camera and computer equipment for each successful mission. |
